Some search Google, some use the MLS site in your area, some go to Yahoo, and there are 1000's of other sites out there. The most important thing to do is to promote your home in ways that it will appear no matter where they start their search.
LOCATION: Social media is a location that is peril in today's atmosphere. People spend more time on sites like Facebook and Twitter than they do on any other top site. A social presence is a vital part now and in the future for home sellers.
AND LOCATION!: Your front yard, your neighbor's mailbox, your paper, your local TV stations. Let's not forget there are 100's of other ways to help drive new buyers to your home. Postcard mailings, Yard Signs, Open House Signs...The list goes on and on.
